Delivery

Healthy Life is rather selective in the aspects of delivery. We work with the best and the most reliable companies to make sure that the ordered products are delivered securely, in-time, in perfect condition, and to the right destination.

Typically, your purchase will arrive in 5—21 days maximum. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and is normally:

• 5—10 days for Courier (EMS) orders;
• 12—21 days for orders shipped via Regular Airmail.

Once you have successfully paid for your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail and another e-mail once your order has been dispatched, which contains the tracking information for the order. It also contains information about the purchase and a link to our customer support ticket page where you can track the status of your order.

All the orders are processed and shipped from our store directly to your door. Your order will be packaged discreetly for your privacy and protection.

At the moment two shipping methods are available: Regular Airmail delivery with no regional restrictions & Express Courier (EMS) delivery for US customers only. Regular Airmail is a cheaper and reliable option. However, orders sent by Regular Airmail take more time to get delivered. Regular Airmail delivery will take 12–21 days for the order to reach your doors. However, Courier delivery is much faster and provides a benefit of being able to track your parcel in real time via the USPS website. With the Courier delivery your order will reach you in 5—10 days. Tracking information becomes available soon after the order has been dispatched and is updated throughout the whole delivery period. Note that although Regular Airmail is trackable in most cases as well, tracking information becomes available only on delivery of the order. This allows us to see if your order was indeed successfully delivered, but does not provide any real-time delivery details. Please note that delivery occurs on regular business days only.

Dear Customer, please save the e-mail with the order details (shipping receipt) and in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within three weeks, reply to the e-mail or use our Customer Service link and our Customer Support Department will immediately rectify the situation.

Order Refund / Return / Cancellation

Within the 14 days of receiving your order, you may return any item shipped by Healthy Life for any of the following reasons:

• Item is in new condition with original packaging and accessories;
• Item was received damaged or defective;
• Incorrect item was shipped.

Returns must be authorized by Healthy Life.

Upon approval, you’ll be provided with a return materials authorization (RMA) and once we’ve received and accepted your return, we’ll exchange your item, issue store credit or a refund.

Progress and history of your return processing is logged for your convenience. We’ll also provide shipping reimbursement if your return is the result of our error. We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

So, the only thing you need to do is to send all unopened packages back to us, and you will get back your money for those unopened packages, excluding delivery fees.

Personal Information

Healthy Life is dedicated to maintaining all customers privacy. All information collected online is strictly, professionally and exclusively used by the Healthy Life to appropriately care and manage all individuals.

When you visit our web site we will not collect your personal data such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, billing data, telephone number etc. unless you provide it to us voluntarily. We also will never collect any personal information from you revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or details of health, disability or sexual activity or orientation.

When you order from Healthy Life you have to fill in the form which includes your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date and some other information to complete the ordering process. Healthy Life does not give, rent, loan or sell any of this information to any third party. The personal information that you provide to Healthy Life when ordering products via our web site is used only for identification purposes and serves to assist you to receive your orders quickly and easily.

Healthy Life treats your personal information (including credit card data) with the highest level of security. We use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology. This is the most advanced form of security for transactions over the Internet. It means that when you place an order online your personal information is encrypted using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet.
